    Hi all,

    Is there any software for learning phrased-based (but not
    hierarchical-phrase-based or syntax-based) translation models that is
    freely available and compatible with Pharaoh, the ISI phrased-based MT
    decoder? I need this as a reasonable baseline for my experiment.

    Any response would be greatly appreciated.
