    Hi Yuk.

There is also an OpenSource project written in C++ and several
scripting languages that allows for several operations on the
alignment matrices, such as addition, boolean or, substraction and two
symmetrization operations based on Franz Joseph Och's ideas.

The project name is Thot, it is highly configurable and my experience
is that it works pretty well, maybe even better than the toolkit
developped by Koehn and the user interface is much more elaborate.

It can be found at http://sourceforge.net/projects/thot

    Regards and best luck,
