Dear Bruno,

A lot of people feel very sceptical about the PARSEVAL metric. You
might be interested in my web page www.grsampson.net/RLeafAnc.html,
which has links to an article two of us wrote arguing and demonstrating
experimentally that a quite different way of evaluating parsers gives
more reasonable results, and also to software implementing our
evaluation metric.
