    For my PhD thesis I need to evaluate a parser (which produce an output similar to the Penn Treebank). Could you suggest me, point me to parser evaluation metrics/softwares?
    I am aware of evalb and heard about parseval (but not found any implementation yet) only, but I started my quest just now ...
