For HPSG, lots was done as part of the Verbmobil project; you could look
at e.g. Gregor Erbach & Guenther Neumann's publications from the 90s:
http://www.dfki.de/~gor/
http://www.dfki.de/~neumann/
You might be particularly interested in Gregor Erbach's thesis:
http://www.dfki.de/~gor/pub/diss/
And Gertjan van Noord's early-90s head-driven parsing & subsequent OVIS
work:
http://odur.let.rug.nl/~vannoord/
There's also the LinGO project & the LKB parsing system; look at Ann
Copestake & Dan Flickinger's papers:
http://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/users/aac10/
http://lingo.stanford.edu/dan/
But to be honest the CORPORA list isn't the best place to ask. You might
be better off asking the HPSG and LFG lists:
http://hpsg.stanford.edu/hpsg-l.html
http://www.essex.ac.uk/linguistics/LFG/LFG-list.html
