Sonja Bosch (Bosche@unisa.ac.za)and Laurette Pretorius
(Pretol@unisa.ac.za), of the U of South Africa, are using the Xerox
tools for Zulu. If there's anyone working in Setswana or
Sesotho, they would know it.

They had a paper in the EACL03 workshop on f"Finite State Methods in NLP".
