I belong to a terminology mailing list and this is an important area
perhaps not fully integrated into the MT community, since developments
in this field are focused on toolkits and workbenches to aid working
translators who have to deal with such problems. A good starting point
might be http://reimari.uwasa.fi/comm/termino/. Posting this query to
TERM-LIST might not be a bad idea.
