Here's a follow-up question:

It seems that 'Nth anniversary' is by far the more common form, although
'N year anniversary' has been attested. I noticed a lot of 'one year
anniversary' occurrences; what is the relative proportion of 'one year
anniversary' and 'first anniversary'?
