I just checked the BNC and found 1105 instances of the type "Ordinal +
anniversary" but only 3 instances of the type "Number + NN1 + anniversary",
all of which have "year" as the noun.

It may be of some interest that two of the three instances are found in
spoken texts, the other one is a heading.

<HRT:0179:h> The_AT0 Grain_NN1 Terminal_NN1 celebrates_VVZ its_DPS 10_CRD
year_NN1 anniversary_NN1

<K66:172:PS000> That_DT0 day_NN1 was_VBD the_AT0 one_CRD year_NN1
anniversary_NN1 of_PRF ,_PUN of_PRF Eighth_ORD Air_NN1 Force_NN0
operations_NN2 in_PRP England_NP0 ._PUN

<KD8:07651:PS0LK> Well_AV0 we_PNP were_VBD gon_VVG na_TO0 go_VVI to_PRP
the_AT0 pub_NN1 and_CJC celebrate_VVB my_DPS three_CRD year_NN1
anniversary_NN1 of_PRF suffering_VVG this_DT0 department_NN0 ._PUN

Hope this helps...
