• No separation of researchers and students (both have access to same humanities resources and methods).
• No separation of student location from rest of society (open and situated learning, participation of archives, libraries and museums).
• The teacher is not the sole source of information (there's a lot on the Internet), but acts as a facilitator.
• In virtual teaching and learning societies there are no boundaries, but support for cooperative models is still badly needed.
