    As for Russian:
    1. The Russian National Corpus (www.ruscorpora.ru) holds some commercial
    texts small in number (25,000 running words)
    2. Try to get into contact with the Integrum developers
    (http://www.integrum.com) . They haven't got what you exactly need, but
    an extraction of advertisements from the corpus seems to be a solvable task.
