Have a look at Morphy by Wolfgang Lezius. Although the tool itself is
not Free Software, you're allowed to export the lexical data (containing
word form, lemma, and part-of-speech). According to its license and FAQ,
you can use that data in your own project free of charge, provided that
you attribute the authors of the software.
