    Dear Lia,

The BAWE corpus (http://go.warwick.ac.uk/bawe) should, when it is
completed this summer, comprise around 0.5M words of assessed student
writing from 4 UK universities. It will be POS tagged and annotated
    for textual and contextual features.

We'd be very interested in possible semantic tagging.

Let me know if you'd like to look at a sample.
