    A 38-million word corpus of written Dutch from the Instituur voor
    Nederlandse Lexicologie is freely available for non-commercial research
    purposes on

    (you do need to sign a user agreement) and the PAROLE corpus of spoken Dutch
    is available here http://parole.inl.nl/.
