I've heard the term "benny" used to refer to a $100-bill, which
features Ben Franklin's face on the front. I think it's (jazz?)
musician slang: a weeknight gig that pays two bennies is rare. It's
not productive; I have not heard other bill denominations called
    "georgies," "andies," or "abies."
