Since I have not used any of these tools, I can't make
a case for one or another. But I would just like to
make the point that a good semantic representation is
definitely nontrivial. Once the semantics is defined,
translation to different notation is much easier.
And apparently the task of putting angle brackets around
the tags has been done:
