    Hi,

Self-repairs, as well as false starts, repetitions and partial words are
explicitly marked in the International Corpus of English (ICE). Six corpora
(1m words each - 600,000 spoken) are now available - UK, India, East
Africa, Singapore, Philippines, & Hong Kong - with more to follow soon. For
    details see: http://www.ucl.ac.uk/english-usage/ice/index.htm

    Hope this helps,

    Gerald Nelson
