    The Institute for Informatics, Logics and Security Studies
    (www.ils.albany.edu) at SUNY Albany is looking for full-time
    researchers in Natural Language Processing, Question Answering, Human-
    Computer Dialogue, and related areas.

    Description of Duties: Research on the areas of advanced Question
    Answering, Multi-Channel Dialogue, and Collaborative Information
    Systems; Coordination of the development and implementation of
    systems for real users; Supervision of experiments. Candidates should
    be able to work with faculty and students from a variety of
    disciplines and prepare research papers and presentations for
    sponsoring agencies.

    Qualifications: Candidates must have an advanced degree in Computer
    Science, with experience or significant interest in topic areas such
    as Information Retrieval, QA, Dialogue systems or other aspects of
    Natural Language Processing. Minimum 5 years combined experience of
    Java and C++ programming, with at least 2 years of significant Java
    programming; Significant experience with Windows, Linux and Unix.
