[Corpora-List] Light verb constructions annotations available

    Dear all,

    I am pleased to announce the availability of a small corpus of human
    annotations for sentences containing possible light verb constructions
    (LVCs; also known as support verb constructions) in English. An LVC
    is a verb-complement pair in which the verb has little lexical meaning
    (is "light") and much of the semantic content of the construction is
    obtained from the complement.

    This corpus consists of 741 sentences with a particular verb-object
    pair highlighted. Each verb-object pair was judged by three annotators
    for the pair's likelihood of being a light verb.

    The corpus is free for use for any purpose, and can be found (along
    with an on-line demonstration and corresponding publication) at:
