I am very pleased to announce the first release of Phramer - an Open-Source Statistical
Phrase-Based Machine Translation decoder.
The code is released under a BSD license.
The software is entirely written in Java and it is cross-platform.
It is 100% compatible with Phramer and it is 1.5 - 3 times faster.
