I'm glad to announce that ACL (Assn for Computational Linguistics) has just
approved a new Special Interest Group, on Web as Corpus: SIGWAC.

The EACL workshop to be held in Trento tomorrow, April 3rd 2006, will be the
inaugural meeting of the new SIG.
