[apologies for multiple cross-postings]

We recently released the IQMT package for MT evaluation.
By mistake, two software components regarding the computation
of the WER and PER metrics, provided by the TC-STAR consortium
were accidentally included, breaking the copyright.

Therefore, we advice anyone who has downloaded version 1.0 to
delete these two components from the './tools' directory.
Alternatively, they can download and use updated version 1.0.1:
