    Hi colleagues,
    Recognition of locational names is a task included in most NER evaluation
    schemes now. Although corpus learning techniques are powerful indeed, a
    gazetteer is still very necessary for quality recognition. So can anyone
    kindly suggest any link to a gazetteer for countries, place names, regions,
    etc? We hope the languague is English. Thanks a lot in advance.
