Dear All,

Our CorTec - Technical Corpus, linked to our COMET project, has been officially lauched at

www.fflch.usp.br/dlm/comet

At the home page, just click on CorTec on the left-hand corner.

It is a bilingual comparable corpus in English and Portuguese in 5 areas: Cooking, Contracts, Computing, Environment and Hypertension.

For copyright reasons, the corpora themselves cannot be accessed, but they can be searched with the tools provided: Concordancer, wordlist and N-gram extractor.

We would love to have feedback, comments and suggestions.
