    Indeed. But for specific morphosyntactic tagsets maybe more relevant
    are the (EAGLES based) MULTEXT and MULTEXT-East specifications.
    I don't know where the original of the first is, but a copy is
    provided at http://nl.ijs.si/ME/V3/msd/related/msd-multext/
    and the second you can find (in a plethora of formats) under
    http://nl.ijs.si/ME/V3/msd/
