I have downloaded the SEMCOR (tried different revisions) from Rada Mihalcea's website. However, I cannot untar it using a couple of different utilities. I get 'error reading header after reading 0 entries'. IShe doesn't provide an email address that works either.

Does anyone know if the files are corrupt or am I using wrong tools. I am a windows user and can use cywin. Any advice would be appreciated.
