    Hello everyone,

I would like to solicit your help concerning the BNC and especially the
    software designed for it, SARA-32.

I have purchased the BNC World Edition on CD-Rom, and (after quite a lot of
installation problems) have installed it successfully on my PC.
I then tried to design a subcorpora for my research. This was described as
quite easy by the creators of the BNC, however, I encountered several
problems. I downloaded the indexer in order to be able to register my
defined subcorpus, and it seemed to work OK; but whenever the program was
registering the subcorpus, a message ("lemma scheme null" occured and the
program was closed automatically. Unnecessary to say that there was no
    trace of my subcorpus anywhere...

I would like to know whether you have encountered the same problems, and,
if you've got a solution, whether you could let me know as fast as
possible. My research depends on this corpus feature, and I've already
spent several days trying to understand the cryptic BNC+SARA manual(s!) and
    BNC answers to my questions...

Thank you very much in advance,

    best wishes,
