You can have a look at the SUSANNE corpus.
http://www.grsampson.net/RSue.html
It contains a very fine grained annotation scheme and you will be able
to extract all kind of clauses both finite and non finite.

I am not sure whether there are any tools to extract this information,
but it can be easily achieved using a Perl script.
