[Corpora-List] large corpora over long period of time

I am looking for a corpus which stretches over a long period of time
e.g. 10 years or more and which is of substantial size.
I am aware that ELRA make Le Monde available - is there anything
comparable for English?

Corpora like the BNC cover a limited time span, and the Reuters corpus
reflects only one year.
Any pointers would be appreciated.
