I am sure this has been asked in some way before, but I couldn't find the
answers in the archive, and I've got a specific version of the question in
question:
Can anybody point me to articles that deal with legal and ethical aspects in
the compilation and publication of corpora containing transcriptions of
spoken discourse? I would be especially interested in issues concerning the
transcription of child language, but other kinds of *spoken* data are
relevant, too.
Thanks for your help,
Thomas
