There is a relatively large corpus in various languages, principally of
children's discourse, called CHILDES, maintained at Carnegie-Mellon U.
in Pittsburg (?) by Brian McWhinney and others. Many of the subcorpuses
are fairly heavily annotated for syntactic, pragmatic, phonological,
etc. information, with a home-grown but useful annotation system (and,
since it's in ASCII, fairly easily translatable). I don't have their
address, but any search engine ought to find their home page for you.
