Corpora: Summary "Cue words/phrases"

Howdy,

as a reaction to the above posting Geoffrey Sampson (thank you!) suggested
to have a look at the work of John Self of Lancaster University who seems to
have done a lot of work on automating summary writing using cue phrases.

Matt Crocker and Robert Dale pointed me towards Simone Teufel, who is doing
her PhD on this sort of summarization. I got in touch with her and although
her own list is not publicly available since she has not yet finished her
thesis, she gave me a list of interesting articles treating the subject. If
anybody is interested in the list, just tell me, I will forward it.
