I'm not sure if this will fit your requirements, but there is the Corpus
of Spoken, Professional American-English <http://www.athel.com/cpsa.html>
which contains two million words, one million of which is academic
meetings and the other million from White House press conferences.

Single user licence is only $49, and you can download a free sample before
you purchase.
