I'm now assisting DOD (Department of Defense) to search sources of
computer-related foreign language lexical resources and sources to convert
foreign language hard-copy lexical resources into computer-readable form. Am
example is the purchase of an Armenia-English dictionary or Dutch-English
dictionary, each of which is already in computer-readable form, or the
converting of a hardcopy Armenian-English or hardcopy Dutch-English dictionary
into computer-readable form.
We are interested in the following languages:
African: Africaan, Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba, Xhosa
Asian: Burmese, Cambodian, Chinese, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Lanna, Lao,
Pashto, Punjabi, Shan, Thai, Urdu, Vietnamese
European: Bulgarian, Dutch, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian,
Kurdish, Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish.
Middle Eastern: Arabic, Persian(Farsi), Libyan, Sotho
Russian: Armenian, Belarussian, Georgian, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Russian, Tajik,
Ukrainian

U.S.A.) that are able to provide this resources or services, please let me
know as soon as possible. We have contacted University of Pennsylvania and MRM
