Based on the work done by the NEL-group during the years 1998-2000, some general recommendations (NOTE! Closely linked to the work of the NEL-group is the EU-sponsored initiative of establishing CAMEEL, a Masterís Degree of Computational Applications on Extra-European Modern Languages. (NOTE! Make link to the CAMEEL home page, to be given later).
